The EpicPromise Employee Foundation is seeking Vail Resorts employee volunteers to help with virtual operations essential to our program, such as grant management, payment processing, outreach, socially-distant fundraising, socially-distant event support and more.
Whether you’re a seasoned volunteer or embarking on your first volunteering experience, any Vail Resorts employee looking to donate their time to assist the Foundation and coworkers in need are encouraged to apply.
Q: What do I need to apply?
A: Your VR Employee ID
Q: Will I be compensated for my volunteer time?
A: No, any volunteer activity is expected to be undertaken outside of work hours and responsibilities.
Q: What is the time commitment required?
A: You can choose to participate in a one-time event or a few hours per week on an as-needed basis. You may also decline to participate at any time.
Q: What are my volunteer project options?
A: We have on-going projects such as assistance with grant management, payment processing, marketing and outreach, or one-time projects such as virtual fundraisers or food delivery.
Q: Can I choose the volunteer areas that most interest me?
A: Yes. Depending on your interests, skills and availability, you can choose to volunteer for a specific grant’s needs, such as EpicPromise Scholars, or volunteer on an as-needed basis.
